Brandon "OnBrand" Stuart is an interdisciplinary artist with creative practices in acting and filmmaking, music and sound design, and movement.
As a 2020 Unstoppable Voters Project grant recipient through the Center for Artistic Activism (C4AA), Brandon designed, led, and co-directed a creative voting rights project called “Float The Vote.” This project culminated with “Float The Vote: Tell Your Story,” a short docufilm highlighting the team’s efforts that was an official 2021 selection of the PopDoc Awards, the Detroit Black Film Festival, and the Better Cities Film Festival.
In 2024, Brandon became one of ten musicians selected to be a part of Music to Life's Music Changemaker Accelerator Academy and receive grant funding to pilot "Composing Wellness: Live Music + Yoga." This completion of this project yielded the release of yet another short docufilm and original soundtrack currently in festival season.
As founder and chief creative artist of ICONICLASS, he curates spaces for artists to interconnect their skills and ideas on projects contextualizing facets of contemporary society in support of social change.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Biology and East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University; a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Chicago; and teaching certifications in Pilates and alignment-based yoga.
