The project

Create a music video that is part live action film, part animated series combining rhythmic textures with theatrical composition to share the story of two friends, Brandon OnBrand and McCrea Deezer, who rap their way through the unforeseen challenges of getting to a performance gig.

The Assignment

The project consists of five short musical legs or episodes. Each episode corresponds with a different means of traveling and, therefore, can be viewed as story markers depicting where they are in their journey. As each leg of the journey unfolds, Brand and Crea are thrust further into an adventure they did not plan on...raising the question of whether it was even worth the effort of going in the first place.
